- All sarees displayed are subject to availability
- Colors may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and screen settings
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
- Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge

3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
- Price errors will be notified and orders may be refunded/cancelled
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is received

4. Payment
- We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
- Cash on Delivery available for eligible pin codes
- All transactions are secured with SSL encryption

5. Shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- ODC Ladies Collections is not responsible for courier delays
- Risk of loss passes to customer upon handover to courier
